I created this to help your visibility efforts work better

Howdy Reader!

The other day, I was chatting with some other business owners and one of them was on the verge of pulling their hair out because they were caught in the all-too-familiar trap of trying to be everywhere and getting very little momentum.

It was hard for them to know where to invest their resources, because so many of their visibility efforts were bringing in a small trickle of attention. Basically everything was "working" (at least to some degree) so it was hard to know what to cut, and where to keep showing up.

But what does "working" really mean?

Because those small degrees matter.

Yes, little trickles can add up to a big stream or even a mighty flood - if you have the capacity to maintain them and keep the plates spinning. But, as I've said a zillion times, you're not Gary Vee. And even HE has minions helping to feed the algorithms.

Wouldn't it be great if you could get a better fix on what's really working for you?

Well, I developed a tool to help you do just that.

One Move That Matters(TM) is a quick way to see where you're putting your visibility resources and open your eyes to the moves that are best for you.

Because anything CAN work. The key is finding out what works best for your unique situation.

It takes about five minutes. Maybe ten if you're an over-thinker like me!

Step one is a quick box-checking exercise. You'll check off what you're currently doing. There's even a place to write in anything I didn't include in the list... although the list is pretty comprehensive. This will show you - in one place - everything you're doing in terms of visibility.

That alone can be VERY clarifying for people. Several of my beta-testers found new ways of showing up that worked better than what they'd been doing in the past.

The second step is to find the One Move That Matters (TM) for greater visibility, using an approach I call Hi-Mr-C.

No, it's not THAT Mr. C, if you're thinking about Happy Days. But like him, Hi-Mr-C can give you clear guidance and help you make better decisions - for just about anything.

Check the boxes, then find the ONE move that will make the most difference for you.

Can you do more than one? Sure. I'm not here to throttle your genius. I'm here to help you right-size your expectations. So if you only have the capacity for one thing, this will help you make the most of it.

Ready for some (nearly) instant clarity?

It's free inside our Rising Tide Community. If you're not already a member, it will ask you to set up a free account. That's where I house all my training (free and paid), so if you're ever looking for help in your business, it's a great place to start. All the resources from every episode of Creative Freedom are in there, too. And there's a handy app you can put on your device to take it with you on the go.

Tomorrow, I'll explain the magic of this tool, so you'll have a better understanding of how it works.

Until next time,

- Lisa

P.S. I meant it when I said get in while it's still free. Community access has been free for years, but I can't promise it will stay like that forever. This tool is well worth the "cost" of admission... which, right now, is jut the time it takes for you to set up your account and download it!

Hey Reader!Have you ever had one of those mornings where you wake up feeling tired before the day even begins? You got enough sleep. You care about your work. But your brain’s already racing through your to-do list before your feet hit the floor — and even checking email feels like a chore. You tell yourself, “I just need to push through.” But by mid-afternoon, your body’s tense, your patience is thin, and even simple decisions feel heavier than they should. That’s not a lack of motivation....

Pinocchio's nose is growing!

Howdy Reader!I was talking with a client recently who was feeling like she was playing catch-up, and having all kinds of guilt about it. She rattled off half a dozen things that had come up this year to derail her business plans. And while she could intellectually see how they were important to deal with, she kept thinking that if she just put more effort and time into her business it would solve everything. That's when I told her that her brain was lying to her. And there's science to prove...

Howdy Reader! There’s a question I’ve been sitting with lately — one that cuts through the noise and gets right to the heart of authentic leadership: When the audience is gone… when there’s no one to impress or prove yourself to… who do you become? Over the past few months, I’ve had to ask myself that question again and again. Between health scares in my family, moving across the country, and re-establishing the foundation of my work, I realized how easy it is to perform leadership instead of...
